هل من حق السيد/ فلان - عضو مجلس الشيوخ الأمريكي أن يقوم بإخلاء سبيل أمريكي محكوم عليه ومدان من القضاء الأمريكي؟
- وإن حدث ذلك فسوف ننفذ مثله -
هل من الممكن أن يطالبوا بإخلاء سبيل أحد المتهمين بإقتحام الكجونرس لأنه كان بيعبر عن رأيه بأن الانتخابات الامريكية غير سليمة؟
- ليس من حق عضو مجلس النواب لدولة التدخل في شئون دولة أخرى -
فأعضاء المجالس النيابية قد تم انتخابهم من قبل الشعوب للدفاع عن القضايا وطنهم وحقوق شعبهم فنطلب من النائب الاهتمام بمشاكل شعبه الذي انتخبه.
لذا لا يجوز لهم مخاطبة الحكومات وبالمثل فأعضاء مجلسي النواب والشيوخ المصري لا يجوز لهم مخاطبة حكوماتهم أو رئيسهم فلا يوجد لدينا معتقلين سياسيين، ولكن عندنا مهتمين بقضايا تمثل الخروج عن القانون تخضع لتحقيق النيابة العامة وحكم المحاكم وكلاهما قضاء نزيه مستقل لا ينظر ولا يخضع لأي اعتبارات سياسية.

- If this happens, we will do the same -
Is possible for them to demand the release of one of those who were accused of storming the Congress because he was expressing his opinion that the American elections are not sound?
- Member of the Parliament have no right to interfere in the affairs of other countries -
They have been elected by citizens to defend the issues of their country and their citizen.
So, we ask the representative to take care of citizens' problems.
It is not permissible for them to address governments just as members of the Egyptian Parliament and the Senate are not allowed to address their governments or their president.
We do not have political detainees, but we have those who are accused of cases that represent violation of law that are subject to investigation by the public prosecution and the verdict of the courts, both are impartial and independent and not subject to any political consideration.
